The Pinnsee is a beautiful forest lake east of Mölln. It is a holdover from the last Ice Age in the Lauenburg Lakes Nature Park. The exit / driveway on the west bank is steep, but it's worth it. I can recommend a lap around the lake. There are great views and in addition to the large bathing area on the north-east bank, there are also some other small, free bathing bays on the north bank.
The approximately 2.5 hectare lake is located in a valley and can be reached on foot or by bike. Due to its location in the valley, it warms up well and the water is very clear. The lake is up to nine meters deep. Above the bathing area there is an old hunting lodge, which the DLRG Mölln uses as a guard house.
