The Ellbachmoor and Kirchseemoor have been under nature protection since 1940. Here you can see cotton grass, maybe also a carnivorous morning dew and many species of insects and reptiles only found in bogs. But please don't leave the path.
In early summer, many plants, some of which are rare, bloom here, some of which are explained on a display board. The mood in this Ice Age relic on the bench at sunset is very romantic.
