Between Lavertezzo and Brione in Val Verzasca, the Valle del Cansgell opens with the Valle d’Orgnana on the orographic right side of the valley. These valleys were excavated as early as the 16th century and alpine paths were created for this purpose. The valleys are rough. But at the end there are huge willow basins (Conca) up to 2000m on the walls of the Madom da Sgiöf / Cima da Nimi / Pizzo Orgnana. Along the way you always have great views of the river with many waterfalls. But be careful, the path is difficult, very slippery and sometimes steep and practically not signposted.
