San Sebastián de La Gomera is the main port of the island of La Gomera, Canary Islands, Spain. Opened in 1955, it is the only important port on the island and is used for both fishing and sports activities as well as commercial and passenger operations. It is operated by the Port Authority of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

The port has routes with the ports of Santa Cruz de La Palma, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, La Estaca (El Hierro) and Los Cristianos (Tenerife), and is served by the Fred ferry lines. Olsen Express and Naviera Armas. Furthermore, the industrial port receives all merchandise from Tenerife, being a key point for supplying the island.

San Sebastián de La Gomera is also a popular destination for cruise ships. Cruise ships arriving at the island dock at the port, which is connected by ferry routes to other Canary Islands such as El Hierro, La Palma and Tenerife. Among the most notable tourist places on the island are the Casa del Colón (a museum in the building where Christopher Columbus stayed), the Torre del Conde, the Casa de los Peraza, the Pozo de La Aguada, two churches (Iglesia de La Asunción and Hermitage of San Sebastián), and the chapel Hermitage of the Virgin of Guadalupe (in Puntallana).
