Fantastic paths through the undulating ridge of the Altenberge Heights. The trails meander through the forest and between the trees. The narrow paths at the edge of the forest offer a particularly idyllic view of the gently rolling hills. Some paths are formally signposted as footpaths, but you also come across cyclists every now and then. With mutual consideration, I was always able to enjoy the paths here in a relaxed manner.
Another highlight in this beautiful spot of nature are the numerous, solid wooden benches with rustic carvings.
