Pramort was a settlement on the eastern tip of the Zingst Peninsula in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania on the eastern edge of the Sundische Wiesen. The place was inhabited until at least the 1960s. Today the former location is part of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Landscape National Park and an important observation point for cranes.
In 1937 the Wehrmacht set up a firing range in Sundische Wiese and Pramort. The population was resettled. The residents returned after 1945, but the GDR's National People's Army set up a military training area again in 1956. However, part of the population remained in the town until at least the 1960s.
