The Heinrich-Kiener-Haus is at an altitude of 1,800 meters. Surrounded by the alpine pastures of the Hochgrüneck, a breathtaking view awaits you here - one of the most beautiful in all of Austria, they say. The house is widely known for its overwhelming panoramic view over the Salzach Valley with the Hochkönig, Tennengebirge and Berchtesgaden Alps, the Hohe Tauern with the Großglockner, the Dachsteingebirge and up to the Carinthian peaks. Sunrise and sunset are a special experience here. And of course the managed hut also invites you to a cozy stop.

Just wow!!
The panorama that is offered here is simply overwhelming ... I have rarely seen such an overwhelming all-round view.
In order to replenish the calories consumed during the exhausting ascent, there is a rich card that leaves nothing to be desired. Lies along some MTB tours and is definitely worth a visit!
