The Görsdorf train station is located just outside Görsdorf. In GDR times the border fence ran exactly between town and station. Görsdorf was in the GDR, the train station in the west. Today used as a weekend house.

The station is on the right hand side of the street. We drove past, because it was nice down the mountain. I was still wondering why someone had a barrier in the front yard ... 🤪🤣

Oh, illywhacker...on the right side of the road? That sort of thing depends on the direction you're looking or driving. The same goes for "downhill." Didn't we already have that topic on Fechheimer Berg?
