A shelter for the loggers in bad weather.
The apothecary's hut is called the apothecary's hut because the Holzer looked for protection there in storms and warmed and strengthened themselves with high-proof alcohol, i.e. with MEDIZIN. Euphemism. And because there is medicine in the pharmacy and also in this hut it is called Apothekerhütte.
Of course the Holzers don't do that anymore ;-).

Beautiful, cozy forest hut with a barbecue area in the Muniberg forest on the Längstuckiweg. I don't know why the hut is called Apotheker-Hütte.
