    Idyllically located, the Jagdhaus offers a cozy fireplace room (in winter) and a large beer garden (in summer) with a view of the lake and the bathing area. In addition to a diverse selection of drinks, there are smaller dishes or hearty home cooking (jagdhaus-berlin.de/).

        The BürgerRepository is a bathing area in the Berlin district of Hakenfelde in the Spandau district. The bathing area on the Havel was already very popular at the turn of the 20th century. For a long time, it was located right next to the Berlin Wall, although the popularity of the bathers has remained undiminished to this day.

          The mayor Fröhner noted the following in 1828:

          "Evidence of the citizens' filing in the city forest on the Havel, which was formerly used for shipping large quantities of wood that went by water, but has not been used for many years, since large quantities of wood have not been shipped by water, nor is to be expected, is partly sown with 4½ wispel pineapples this year. There should only be a long space left for the cattle drive to the Havel, but the other part will also be sown in the coming years.”
