Super flowing single trail along the edge of the forest from Schützenhaus Bettlach to Dälwiteli near Selzach. The trail leads around trees in a fun slalom, runs up and down and has many roots. It's fun both ways. But you have to be careful not to frighten hikers. You often see them late. So stay cautious despite the cheers and shreds.

Attention: Lately you can find a lot of painted stones and other artificial things on this trail. Obviously a new popular sport has developed that takes people into the forest with cell phones in hand. So far that's ok. As a biker you have to reckon with more pedestrians on this trail, so first. Because they are busy with their cell phones, the bikers later notice them as "normal" hikers. So caution is advised.

The trail is currently somewhat covered with trunks lying crosswise and lengthways, but can be seen from afar. But they will soon be cleared away.
