Icon of the Ardèche gorges, the bridge is a must. You can clearly see that the Ardèche River has gradually worn down the limestone rock and cut through it to create this impressive bridge that defies gravity. The Cirque d'Estre is of course the old course of the river which is now dried up and cut off after the river diverted. A geography lesson in 3D!
