A beautiful place. For this you should take two to three hours time. Great and colorful building fabric. Great arcades and alleys. Cafes and restaurants, just great. And if you have enough time, go up to the mountain or to the opposite side and look again at the old town from above.

Wasserburg am Inn enchants with its picturesque old town with its back to medieval times building fabric. A peculiarity lies in the fact that the old town lies on a peninsula which is almost completely surrounded by the Inn, which can only be reached via a narrow promontory.

Which is actually the most beautiful city on the Inn? I think Wasserburg would be at the top of the list, but just below Passau.
