It may not be the most beautiful park I've ever seen, but to make it shorter, it's quite comfortable. Definitely better than a treadmill in the shack. Through many paths you can also walk 2 or 3 times in a circle.
There are some water areas with water features, a playground and lawns to relax.
They can also be used well for a Freelatics unit or similar.
Incidentally, it is teeming with little rabbits or rabbits. Really crazy.

Larger park with many small paths, ideal for a few nice runs in the idyllic park/forest area in the middle of the city.

In principle, such historical green spaces and gardens as the old (and later the new) city garden in Neuss, which we need so much today and enjoy spending time there, are the best proof that people knew long ago how important it is to relax "in the green" in the middle of the city - and thus to have the opportunity to take a breather from everyday life.
