Excellent paved new road climbing gently with increasingly great views and greenery from Jess Valley near Likely to the idyllic lake in the forested southern Warner Mountains. There it connects with the smooth gravel road South Warner Mountains Road to Surprise Valley Road on the East side of the mountain range.
