Passing the port of Heveney, you drive along the Bochum side of the Kemnader reservoir. Here you can take a good break, rent coffee, cake and ice cream, rent pedal boats, or stop off at one of the restaurants around the boat harbor. The ships stop here too.
From here it's nice to continue to Ümminger See, or through Lottental towards Uni, or further around the lake.
