A really quiet road on which it is very pleasant to climb a few meters. The road initially has one lane in each direction and runs through a small valley. From the village of Lückenbach the road narrows to the high point or end in Reifferscheid and resembles a road used for agriculture. Car traffic is allowed here, but you rarely see cars on this road. In addition, the road from Lückenbach leads through the forest, which is very pleasant in summer. Shortly before Reifferscheid you drive the last detours over fields and it gets a little steeper towards the village. The asphalt is good, not always the best. Uphill no problem at all, downhill you shouldn't drive quite so fast, especially due to the small width and a few damaged spots in the asphalt. I cannot confirm the 15% gradient mentioned in other comments. Most of the time the road is closer to 6% with really short sections towards 10%. Accordingly, the road is ideal for gathering a few meters of altitude in a relaxed manner at a leisurely pace.

To go uphill, a very demanding climb with an incline of around 15% in the meantime over a narrow, wooded road with moderate asphalt! That makes you fit!
