Away from the new development area "Am Kreuzbree" and the settlement "Am Berg" in Brandlecht Hestrup, there is a shelter on a hiking trail. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of a flat Vecht floodplain. Hidden in a small forest you can also see a small hill.
After a short climb you can see twelve vessel-shaped sculptures growing out of the ground like mushrooms on the top of the hill. The bronze sculptures, which are of different sizes and in different shapes, give the impression that they belong here in the middle of untouched nature.
They were sculpted and placed here by the artist Tamara Grcic.
The shelter can be reached from Engdener Straße via Am Kirchesch and Zur Wacholderheide. The last stretch from "Zur Wacholderheide" to the shelter is more of a mountain bike route, but can also be done with a conventional bike.
