The forest museum Burg / Dithmarschen is located on the 66 meter high Wulffsboom. It is housed in a 21 m high observation tower. From there you can, with good weather and pruning, enjoy a magnificent view over Dithmarschen to the Elbe estuary.
In the museum you can get to know the local flora and fauna. The exhibitions open up directly, because flora and fauna are represented here in their natural habitat. You can hear the croaking of the frogs, the birdsong and the gnawing of the housebuck in the wood. At the same time one can find out why - who - what - when does.
