The Pederü serves typical specialties from the South Tyrolean farmhouse cuisine every day. For the preparation of the food primarily products from the own garden and farm or from the environment are used. Especially recommended are the dumplings and venison specialties ... for the latter, Chef Walter himself goes hunting!
