Something is missing on the place acts "the finger" in the city center of Neubrandenburg. The building was inaugurated in 1965 as a house of culture and education with tower tower. From the locals the house is called directly at the market, only finger. At the top of the 15 floor there is an observation deck from where you have an impressive view over the city and the Tollensesee.
