In Brigels they say that Val Frisal is a "small Greina": a rubble-filled trough valley, interspersed with watercourses. The mountain scenery very impressive with the Brigelser horns and Bifertenstock with glaciers.
Ascending via Tschegn Dado, you approach the valley from above and have this wonderful view. Return on the normal way over the gorge or in the valley of the Flem.
Worth seeing and always different: The gentle meandering through the flat mountain valley brook.
If you look well, you can see the springs springing up from the ground at various points on the basis of the "bubbling" sand.
