Ladenburg's Old Town Hall now houses the adult education center.
First mentioned in 1496, it was completely destroyed during the Thirty Years' War. It was rebuilt around 1730 under the direction of master builder Johann Jakob Rischer.
In 1982, the city administration moved to the New Town Hall near Domhofplatz.
In the corner niche is a copy of a late Gothic "Town Hall Madonna"; the approximately 500-year-old original is housed in the Lobdengau Museum.
