Cruib Lodge on the northern shore of the Loch Tarbert is a medium sized bothy. It sleeps five in each of the two rooms. There are fireplaces in both rooms which draw well. Bring fuel for the fire with you.
It's a rough few miles to get here on not brilliant trails but this means the bothy is never busy and adds to the sense of adventure.
If you plan to use the bothy, please leave it in a better condition than when you found it. Take all litter home and consider joining the MBA who maintain these shelters.
