The top of the granite monument is topped with a fire bowl attached to an iron frame. Two inscribed stone plaques are affixed to the monument: on the north side, BISMARCK, and on the southwest side, AFV/TUBERANIA/1903. A memorial plaque was later added to the northwest side, bearing the inscription "Memorial Plaque of the/AFV TUBERANIA/who sacrificed their lives/in the Great War/1914–1918" and the names of the fallen.
