The place is good for a short stay, after you have found the way to Isenburg or before the hike is over. However, the view from there due to the tall trees is not as expected. But that is the result of going a few meters further towards Isenburg.

On the other side of the Isenburg. If you take the long trail on the ridge then at the end turn steeply runte. Attention!!!

Despite the desolation, the benches around the memorial invite you to linger, especially since the only intact benches in the area of the southern Isenberg are located here; on the Kammweg there are only two broken and one defective bench to rest.
