The ascent to this beautiful lake begins a little before the Saboya refuge and climbs without great slopes to Lake Rosset, then continues always on a slight slope finding another series of beautiful lakes, the last section to reach the hill is quite steep. From the hill it is worth reaching this lake in less than 5 minutes from which you have a good view of Mont Blanc.

The Nivolet Plateau isn't actually very steep. The higher you climb, the more lakes you see at once. Very impressive.
