On this circular hike you will learn everything about the formation and maintenance of the ravines. Some of the most impressive loess hollow paths in the entire Kaiserstuhl area are grouped around Bickensohl. The Lösshohlwege path connects them on an attractive circuit of almost 7 km in length. 17 panels provide you with a wide range of information on the subject of loess, the formation and care of the ravines, real communal communities in the loess walls and the terraced vineyards. Of course, the pure hiking experience should not be neglected either. That's why you won't find any theme boards on some passages of this local themed trail, but instead you will find fascinating views and comfortable hiking routes.
