The Oderturm, which opened in 1976, is the tallest building in Frankfurt (Oder) at just under 89 meters and is now the city's landmark, visible from afar. Built as an office building, there was also accommodation in the tower during the GDR era. A shopping center of the same name at the foot of the building has also been part of it since 1993.
