At the Oberlausitz military training area, the Oder-Neisse cycle path leads past through a wonderfully light forest of mainly pine trees with a wonderful play of lights. The Oder-Neisse cycle path will currently be accompanied in 2020 by the 128 km long wild boar barrier, which is supposed to offer protection against swine fever.
