A great tour in great weather!
Start from the Thomasstraße in Bad Homburg over the Hessenring to Dornholzhausen.
1st stop: coffee and cake in the Gothic House. From there it was strengthened to
2nd Station: Hirschgarten. (In the Hirschgarten you can relax wonderfully, passively but also actively with the miniature golf and if you get thirsty and hungry you should definitely visit the slightly higher situated guesthouse "Hirschgarten" where you can recharge your batteries on sunny days on the big terrace. )
Through the forest, the forest garden, it goes to the small pond, right off, Rtg. Saalburg, always beautiful mountain on to
3rd Station: Jupiter's Column, which is about 250m in front of the Landgasthof Saalburg, on the left side
something is hidden in the forest. That was actually my main goal.
4th stop: Landgasthof Saalburg. My recommendation-top cuisine.
5th stop before the home drive, is then the Roman fort, with museum and local excavations.
6th Station: The deserved shot drive, back to Bad Homburg.
