Somewhat ingrown single trail through the forest. You can get on earlier, see also the highlight “Entrance to the single trail” a little further west on the edge of the forest.
If you don't mind nettles, there is a partly narrow trail parallel to the slope through the forest. Relatively flat, but you can't "heat" here anyway (narrow, tree obstacles).
