The path over the Eschenberg is a part of the Lichtenfelser Panoramaweg and for me in the section of the route here the absolute highlight. About natural trails and narrow trails, it goes over the crest of the mountain past the summit cross. Please enter here in the summit book and do not forget the schnapps. You can plan around and over the Eschenberg also smaller tours from Hillershausen or Goldhausen from if you just want to go this piece.
