The Archaeological Museum of Rosignano, housed in the Palazzo Bombardieri, within the medieval fortress of Rosignano, was inaugurated in 1996 and houses architectural elements and furnishings from Roman villas, underwater finds from shipwrecks Romans along the coast, several funerary objects coming from the Etruscan necropolis of Castiglioncello and Vada.
Particularly interesting is the reconstruction of a domus of the Roman era.
The museum has a didactic approach, enjoyed annually by thousands of teachers and students of all ages, thanks to guides, multimedia, models, panels, captions...
