The Oberotterbacher Schlössl
In the village, the so-called manor house was built in 1552 from the stones of the chapel on the Klosenberg (Klosterberg, behind the Schlössl) as a ducal vineyard and seat of the bailiff. Since the mansion no longer met the requirements for collecting tithes and other taxes, Duke Samuel Leopold von Zweibrücken had the Schlössl built as the Zweibrücken 'Rentey'. The Schlössl is a late baroque single-storey building with a mansard roof. It was built just before 1730. It has straight lintel windows, stone edging and crowning stone. The stonemason's mark 'M' is repeated on the base.
