          The extensive range with up to 50 different pastry and gingerbread specialties is presented. Filled hearts, Piumer Printen, fluffy vanilla cake and handmade butter pretzels - delicious treats, among others, are waiting to be tried.

                      The Ladencafe Schulze is known beyond the city limits as a gingerbread museum. It is practically Borgholzhausen's figurehead for tourist marketing. I find it very impressive with a lot of variety and different products. You can have the gingerbread labeled with individual wishes, also for different occasions. Also different sizes. I am really very impressed and can only recommend a visit for all ages and in all seasons.

                                If you cycle through Borgholzhausen you won't be able to avoid stopping at the Schulze shop. Just the scent of coriander, ginger, cloves and nutmeg hits your nose.

                                The Schulze von Ravensberg family business has been producing delicacies here for 5 generations, namely pastries and gingerbread specialties according to traditional recipes and with the best ingredients.

                                Both the cafe and the shop are great places to linger. The opening times are
                                Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m
                                Saturday: 8.30 a.m. - 1 p.m
                                Sunday: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m

                                  The Schulze gingerbread bakery with restaurant and museum is highly recommended and impressive. Very large and tasty selection. This is a real crowd puller and flagship for the town of Borgholzhausen. Even beyond the city limits.
