At the tip of the former Albany landfill, the Bulb, a vast array of urban art including mural, stencil, graffiti, sculpture, and installation art was created by many, mostly anonymous, artists, during the past 20 years, most of which the peninsula was occupied by an encampment of formerly homeless people. Some art remains but it is quickly deteriorating since its peak around 2006. Sculptor and activist lawyer Osha Neumann has created some of the largest works, some with his son-in-law Jason DeAntonis, and others.

It's hard to believe that this art sculpture park in Albany Bulb was once the former Albany landfill. The Bulb has urban art displayed for the public, including murals, stencils, graffiti, sculptures, and installation art created by many, mostly anonymous, artists.
