Very beautiful cemetery with almost exclusively white tombs which shine not only in the sun. This is where Compay Segundo from the Buena Vista Social Club, the Bacardi family, José Martí and, more recently, El Comandante Fidel Castro rest.
Every half hour, there is a marvelous military parade to the sounds of the national anthem!
Unfortunately, we could not enter the cemetery, as the preparations for Fidel's funeral on 4 December were in progress. Would be nice if someone else could attach photos!
