At the end of March 2010 the chapel was badly damaged by the storm Xynthia when a tree fell on the roof. The roof area was re-covered with natural slate for several thousand euros. In addition, the interior of the chapel was extensively renovated on this occasion.

The Wehrbusch chapel was restored in 2010 after a storm. She's very pretty to look at today.
