The Hochtannbergpass connects the valley of the Bregenz Ach with the Lechtal. The B200, which is still very busy in the Bregenz Forest, is starting to become less traffic-efficient and is well navigable by road bike. The Bregenzerwaldstraße leads you through some galleries and tunnels and over a spectacular bridge pine up to the pass. Here you can proudly look back on over 900 vertical meters from Au.

There is a larger parking lot at the church in Au. I found it very pleasant to leave here because... from here there is significantly less traffic!
And if you want to do the round (Flexenpass Bludenz Faschinajoch), you will arrive back here at the lowest point after the descent from Faschinajoch. Recommendation :-)
