As someone who knows the area, I can only advise against this route - especially with children - as the cycle path only goes from Hairenbuch towards Ebershausen.

Unfortunately, there is no cycle path on the mountain (approx. 1.5 km) between Hairenbuch and Waltenhausen. The pronounced hilltop means that dangerous situations can arise from time to time.

Tip: for bikes that are already slightly suitable for off-road use, take the field paths to the north - 50% of the route is asphalted / gravel.
