When we leave the forest, we come to the Munich junction - no, there really is a place with this name. At this point, a trip to the knight's estate is a good idea. There is an excellent restaurant there. And for those who like to cuddle: a small petting zoo is also connected.
We follow the Ilmtal cycle path and arrive at Dreiteichs-Grund shortly before Bad Berka, where you can also have a nice rest. Fishing ponds and a covered grill hut give us an idea of the delights that we are now denying.
At the level of the waterworks we leave the Ilmtal cycle path and drive straight through to the sports field, behind which we turn right and quickly return to our starting point between the B87 and the railway line.
And the bottom line: a wonderful excursion with lots of goodies for the eyes, ears, nose and palate. In the end, there are a good 30 kilometers on the speedometer. And on my note, I have Amelie's cell phone number.
