The former monastery church of St. Georg and Maria zu Lippoldsberg, now the parish church of the local evangelical community, is one of the purest Romanesque basilicas in northern Germany. On this church you can read the Romanesque building scheme like a pattern, great! In addition, the centuries-old building exudes a lot of atmosphere and invites you to stop by. The basilica is certainly one of the most impressive churches in the Weser Uplands!
