A small tidal limestone island with unbelievable views of from the furthest to sea. Unlike scrambling onto Worm’s Head on the south side of the bay, there is no difficulty getting onto this island, which is accessible for two-and-a-half hours either side of low tide.
Burry Holmes sits on the far side of Rhossili Bay, the opposite side to Worms Head. It is only accessible at low tide and is easy to walk around due to a half decent path. The path does go somewhat close to the cliff edges so do be careful. There are nice views to be had from the island across the Bay.
