The Varrelbusch airfield has a long history, which can be read on the sign posted in the photos. On the one hand sexy because you get a pretty immediate view of the glider and motor sport - because you can get close to the machines and the runway - on the other hand, I find the area remarkable, on which the airport is located - because the runway is surrounded by grass and the whole area of largely treeless heathland - so you can win in addition to the technical insights also great encounters with fauna flora.
