The small town of Radda in Chianti, with its medieval core, is one of the most attractive wine villages of Chianti Classico. The central Piazza Ferrucci, winding lanes and passageways give the high-altitude village Radda original flair.
Since 1415, Radda in Chianti has been the headquarters of the historic Lega del Chianti and has become a well-known wine-growing center. The grapes planted on the surrounding hills are refined by winemakers in and around Radda into wines of a special note.
