Thanks to the lady of the castle and her family, special activities take place here again and again - the garden festivals that have been taking place since 1998, a novelty in Germany at the time, are outstanding. Count Wilhelm von dem Bussche had the beautiful castle built in the neo-Gothic style from 1862 to 1867. Garden exhibitions are held annually at Ippenburg Castle. Only then is the area accessible: ippenburg.de.
