          ATTENTION: TUNNEL LOCKED AND CLOSED (as of 01.06.2018)
          Currently the tunnel is not passable, because something does not work on the electrical installation (at least I think that the sign in Italian taken). There is no date mentioned when the tunnel should reopen. So if you want to avoid unnecessary detours, you should inform yourself about the current status.
          Speaking of detours: The way up the valley to the Lago di Tovel seems to be worth a detour!

Basically, the tunnel is illuminated, but a lamp is an advantage, since the lighting in the tunnel is not always on (like here) and then pitch black.
