A unique number of old villas, picturesque old town and museums. That's enough for a vacation. You also have a connection to the Franconian Forest, which I call a stronghold for hikers. The low mountain range Franconian Switzerland, Fichtelgebirge and Haßberge are also nearby.

Kulmbach is located on the Main Cycle Path and is an ideal stage location. Not far from here come the White and the Red Main. And thus also the first two stages of the long-distance cycle path. The physical well-being is ensured by the Franconian cuisine and "isotonic" drinks from the two local breweries provide for the regeneration.
The bicycle garages next to the Dr.-Stammberger-Halle (Stadthalle) are very practical for cyclists. There are 12 single boxes for bicycles, two boxes with a battery charging station for e-bikes and a changing room.
The facility is open from April to October 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., the cost is 1 € per bike.
