Cheese farm Schellach = a farm experience

Just outside Middelburg lies Cheese farm Schellach. They are known for their dairy farming and cheese making and half of their land is used as grassland. Here the cows and young cattle can walk outside. A visit to this cheese farm is definitely worth it!

Cheese factory

The cheese of this cheese farmer is very well known in Zeeland. In the cheese factory, they process more than 1800 liters of milk into 200 kg of Schellach cheese 6 days a week. The range is very extensive. From young to old cheese, but also delicious herb cheeses with mustard, fenugreek or nettle, for example.
